As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant with 13 years of experience, I offer specialized therapy for individuals and families navigating eating disorder recovery. My approach is rooted in personal experience and professional expertise, providing a unique perspective that allows for deep empathy and understanding. I believe that full recovery from an eating disorder is possible, am weight inclusive, anti-diet and fat positive. I am specialized in working with clients struggling with Anorexia, Orthorexia, Bulimia, ARFID, and Binge Eating Disorder.
